leading law firm in St Albans , highly recommended by the
Legal 500 , which is looking to expand its property team. They are searching for a talented
Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor
with
3+ years PQE
to join their growing and dynamic team. About the Role: As part of this role, you will be managing a diverse range of property transactions for a broad client base, including individuals, businesses, investors, and developers. The work will involve: Residential Property: Handling
freehold and leasehold
transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Managing
new build purchases
and
shared ownership
transactions. Providing expert advice on
transfer of equity ,
lease extensions , and
unregistered properties . Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions. Commercial Property: Advising on
sales, acquisitions, and leases
of
commercial premises
for a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors. Managing
development projects , including site acquisitions and disposals. Handling
property finance , including refinancing, secured lending, and asset management. Drafting and negotiating complex
commercial leases ,
