The firm operates from its two offices in Plymouth and Bath.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

You will work within the Dispute Resolution team as the sole property litigation specialist to help grow the volume of property litigation work handled by the firm.

You will be a solicitor or CILEX with a proven track record of at least five years of successful litigation experience of personally conducting cases of contentious property matters including landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold, development matters, land registration, dilapidations claims and wayleaves and general civil (non-business) tort and contract litigation.

You will be a lawyer and competent practitioner, capable of handling a busy caseload. You will have drive and energy, absolute integrity and a desire to put the client and quality of service first. You will be a team player, an exceptional communicator, possess excellent IT skills and have experience with computerised case management systems.

This is a full-time position, remuneration is dependent on qualifications/experience.
