Gard & Co’s residential property team are seeking a qualified property lawyer to take on a full, active caseload, preferably with at least 3 years PQE.
The successful applicant will share our passion for providing a high-quality conveyancing service. As a firm we do not pay for our work but rely upon recommendations and returning clients. Providing an efficient, friendly and independent professional service is at the heart of our model.
We do not use dictation. Our lawyers are responsible for client contact and have overall care and conduct of cases whilst the administration is delegated to trained legal assistants, aided by an efficient and effective case management system.
The successful applicant will take on a full, active residential conveyancing caseload. This will include, but is not restricted to:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfer of equity
Help to buy
Plot sales
Shared ownership matters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
