Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Programme/Project Analyst to join our highly skilled and dynamic Programmes Team. The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. Reporting to the Vehicle Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of one of our vehicle programmes within agreed targets for cost, quality, and time. What you will do:

Support the delivery of the programme through concept, development, test, and launch phases. Lead on inter-discipline activities across Product, Design, Engineering, Purchase, and Finance teams. Facilitate and support key programme reviews to drive programme governance activities including gateway, change, issue, and risk management. Support the Programme Manager to ensure on-time delivery of programme milestones. Prepare reports to communicate programme status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and other stakeholders. Who you are:

Experience in the automotive industry and delivery of whole vehicle programmes (desirable). Strong organizational, communication, and inter-personal skills. Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and highly dependent activities. Experience with project management tools and processes. Experience with vehicle product launch. Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience (desirable). About us and our culture:
