As the Payroll Supervisor, you will be dealing with end-to-end payroll duties and related queries on software such as Moneysoft, Xero, and Sage. You will be processing weekly and monthly payrolls, uploading payslips, and monitoring a central inbox. Other duties include: Liaising with clients to accurately process their payrolls Calculating and uploading pensions Processing new starters, leavers, and changes to personal details Maintaining client files and responding to client queries within pre-agreed deadlines Processing all paperwork, including printing and posting payslips and P45s in line with client requirements Setting up new clients, including data validation, implementing system parameters, loading YTD data, and checking PAYE/NI/Pension calculations Other ad hoc duties To apply for this Payroll Admin role, you will need at least 18 months of experience in a previous payroll position, preferably internal payroll bureau or Accountancy practice. You will also require the following: Managed service experience Strong organisational skills Accountancy software experience (e.g. Sage/Xero) preferable.
