As a HSE&F Site Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental engineering within our Aerospace business unit. Your expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement safety measures, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as the quality and reliability of our aerospace products. Your contributions will help us maintain compliance with industry regulations, minimize risks, and ensure the highest level of safety and quality in our operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment within the Aerospace business unit. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver safety training programs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and operational efficiency. YOU MUST HAVE

Diploma in health, safety, environmental, industrial hygiene or related discipline. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices along with working experience of audit practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Comprehensive experience in Health, Safety, Environmental and/or Facilities. Experience in a manufacturing or related environment preferred. THE BUSINESS UNIT
