Highly regarded and internationally renowned US Litigation boutique law firm are seeking to add a new Litigation Legal PA on a permanent basis. You will be supporting 2-3 Partners and a team of Associates within this busy and innovative team. Salary to £40,000 Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Excellent opportunity to work closely with prestigious US firm Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities: Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence Diary management including travel and meetings Prepare expenses and charge accounts Updating information within firm CRM system Enter fee earner timesheets on a timely basis Coordinate with the Finance team regarding client invoices Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements: 2 years+ Legal PA / Secretary experience within a law firm (Commercial Litigation preferred) Secretarial ILEX or equivalent technical knowledge Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
