A UK wide, leading care provider is looking for an experienced, passionate & dedicated Home Manager to lead a strong care & nursing team at their medium-sized residential home in Guisborough. The care home caters for the elderly & those living with dementia within modern surroundings & has a fantastic local reputation, winning a Top 20 NE Care Home Award this year!
The Care Home is rated as GOOD and is looking for a Home Manager to continue this success, ideally with experience of managing a larger home. There is a long-standing team in place which you will have 24/7 responsibility for within the home, ensuring care standards are met, supervising staff, and dealing with any HR issues along with financial budgeting, auditing duties & being the main point of contact for local authorities & all key stakeholders.
About you:
NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management Experienced manager within a Care home setting Excellent CI/SSSC knowledge & communication skills Experience within elderly care Ability to lead a team with a proven track record of achieving GOOD CQC grades
