About our Team:

You will be part of the aviation data research team that actively researches the global aviation ecosystem to build and maintain our industry-leading products and data, in addition to providing support to our global consultancy and sales teams. Key responsibilities will consist of data collection, manipulation, and analysis as well as maintaining best practices.

About the Role:

Being passionate and knowledgeable about aviation is essential. In addition to commercial aviation research work, there will be elements of supplier relation and supplier management work needed to establish and maintain lessor portfolio supply. There is considerable team interaction and communication with the aircraft type researchers across all aviation sectors, working as a team to problem solve the key aircraft transactions and key participants.

Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and timely data entry using Cirium Content Management Systems Developing deep subject matter expertise across datasets or sectors of the aviation industry Developing good and consistent relationships with your team and the wider Data Research organization at Cirium Engaging in source management with new and existing data suppliers, including data quality analysis and remediation activity Performing desktop and telephone research for aircraft and company profile information Identifying new data sources and establishing data supply relationships through support functions in the wider organization Working with operations support functions on initiatives to improve workflow efficiencies, with consistent collaboration with product, data management, and technology teams as required

Requirements: Demonstrate understanding of the aviation sectors and/or wider aviation industry Have data research experience, with good understanding of MS Excel and a range of data analysis software tools/techniques Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both internal teams and external clients and data suppliers, showing attention to detail Experience in a fast-paced data environment and the ability to prioritize effectively, capable of handling/processing large volumes of data accurately and quickly while working to deadlines Demonstrate understanding of data protection and governance legislation/requirements
