£45k-£55k Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (40 hours),

onsite Our client is looking for an experienced HR business partner who is OK to work on site in Watford from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

Delivering talent management processes, maintaining job descriptions, identifying skills gaps, career pathways, and succession planning. Performance Management:

Coaching managers with setting KPIs/KRAs, driving the performance appraisal process. Reward and Recognition:

Managing and creating reward and recognition programmes, coordinating with the CFO. Employee Engagement:

Driving the Great Place To Work survey, analysing results, and creating action plans. Learning and Development:

Promoting continuous personal development through training opportunities. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Partnering with managers to support recruitment and onboarding processes. Employee Relations:

Supporting and guiding managers on HR issues, updating HR policies and procedures. Employee Wellbeing:

Reviewing and delivering the wellbeing strategy. Internal Communications:

Overseeing people's updates, empowering senior leaders, producing communication updates. Strategy:

Developing and implementing the HR Roadmap.

Experience/Skills Required: Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialisation in HR or CIPD Full/Part Qualified. Experience in a fast-moving consumer or retail environment, Fashion/Lifestyle, or other relevant service customer-centric organisations. Experience in global multi-location organisations with strong 'Developmental HR' accomplishments is an advantage.
