This role offers a unique opportunity to lead one of Surrey's top outsourcing teams, manage a diverse client portfolio, and support senior leadership. Technical: Review and oversee management accounts and VAT returns prepared by juniors. Address technical issues by collaborating with relevant departments. Coach junior team members on technical matters. Analyze client processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements. Commercial: Oversee budgets and understand billing procedures and KPIs. Facilitate effective client meetings to understand goals and objectives. Identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance engagement profitability. Supervise junior staff and resolve delivery challenges. Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally from an accountancy practice.
