This exciting and diverse role will involve supporting senior stakeholders and so you will need to be able to carry yourself well and provide a high-class service both personally and technically. Key responsibilities: Ensure operational availability of all dedicated Event Spaces, AV & Hybrid enabled meeting rooms Perform AV equipment setup/installation and support as required Provide technical support for Events, including duration support where requested Set up and operate supplied infrastructure, equipment and applications in dedicated live event spaces and meeting rooms to deliver live events where requested Attend post event debriefs where requested Provide quick responses to emergency/ad-hoc requests, adhering to SLA’s where relevant Conduct regular proactive room and equipment checks Demonstrate Self Service AV and VC Capabilities to end users wherever possible Assist with end user or Customer training as required Assist with the training of new starters or sub-contractors as required Skills and experience: Knowledge of AV solutions from a technical perspective Proven experience with digital mixing desks, vision mixers and camera controls Knowledge of collaboration clients such as Cisco, Teams, Zoom, Google Fully IT literate with good MS Office skills Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment Excellent people skills Excellent organisational and time management skills, with flexibility to handle last minute requests Adaptability to work in unfamiliar surroundings Passionate customer service attitude and proven customer service skills Extensive experience in working in a pressured operational environment Willing to undertake security screening (BPSS & SC) If you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.
