Job description : Certified Training and Development Manager Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: UK&I/ Midlands – Travel up to 65% of the role.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties you will: Lead and develop a team of Certified and Business Facilitators to deliver the Certified team strategy. Create and execute plans to produce Master Facilitators and Business Facilitators within their own Teams and Business Units and functions. Encourage a feedback culture by role modelling openness to receive and give feedback, actively demonstrating changes in behaviour as a result of feedback being received. Provide motivational and developmental feedback and coaching to co-facilitators, helping all Facilitators to improve their facilitation skills, content knowledge and business awareness. Deliver Certified products and support Co-Facilitators to ensure high standards specified in the DSC Facilitator Role Profile. Observe, lead and facilitate, providing feedback and coaching that develops the facilitation skills and content knowledge of all Facilitators in the team. Agree on a development plan with individuals that supports newly certified Business Facilitators to develop their facilitation skills. Work alongside the wider Certified Team and COE to ensure deployment plans are understood and can be met. Demonstrate continuous learning and development, role modelling behaviours and creating a growth mindset. Deliver quality virtual training and facilitation to the same high standards as face-to-face, being technically competent in the use of technology. Build relationships with Business Unit Leadership teams and Functions to maintain support for the Certified curriculum. Use metric reporting to support and develop strategies to achieve KPIs. Support the business on bespoke projects utilizing coaching and facilitation skills. Support the wider COE on relevant projects. Support the DSC Global team to reach global targets. Business experience across the DHL Group or equivalent facilitation experience externally. Experienced Facilitator with experience of coaching and developing people.
