We are looking for our next Director of Electronic Gaming to join Grosvenor Casinos! We are on a journey to become the UK's most loved casinos. We are industry leaders who have a passion for electronic gaming including both slots and e-table products and we are striving to provide best-in-class service for all our customers.

As the Director of Electronic Gaming, you will be the primary lead, coordinating and managing the successful implementation of Grosvenor’s electronic strategic roadmap, including the implementation of the new Gambling Act when enacted. You'll take full ownership and accountability for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our slot machine and e-table offerings. Working closely with the Commercial Director and operations teams you will track, document, report and deliver on the electronic gaming objectives. In this exciting role, you will work closely with both external suppliers and internal operations teams to introduce new products that captivate and engage our customers. You'll develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans for our operational teams and customers, ensuring seamless implementation. By monitoring KPIs from each site, you'll adapt and refine our offerings, leveraging feedback from customers, teams, and suppliers to continuously enhance our gaming experience. As a strategic leader, you will create detailed documentation, tracking, and status reports to review progress on deliverables, build compelling business cases for project sign-off, and perform ROI calculations. Partnering with our marketing team, you will craft promotional plans that effectively highlight our electronic gaming products and ensure optimal product performance through meticulous oversight of service levels, promotional controls, and product layouts. Additionally, you will resolve project risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and communicate project information effectively to stakeholders and senior management, all while managing key relationships through effective SLAs and KPIs. Extensive experience inmanaging a large estate of slots and e-tables with a high level of technical understanding of the product and customer Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of gaming products. Project management skills with a history of successful delivery Able to translate diverse requirements into a planned delivery schedule Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for Rank within target time and cost Able to foster and maintain a high degree of trust and cooperation with existing and new product suppliers and our internal customers Be an advocate of, and exhibit, the STARS Values always Additional Information
