Finishing Manager

Kent We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a busy site based in Tonbridge Wells. The project consists of high-end apartments with penthouses and 3-6 bedroom houses, all with high-end finishes on a prestigious site. You should have experience of running the finishes of all trades onsite and managing 40+ contractors. You may also be required to speak to clients as they view the properties. You will need to have experience working for a high-end residential developer in a similar capacity and be able to provide references to prove this. Requirements: SMSTS/SSSTS Black or Platinum CSCS Card Experience running the finishes of high-end residential projects Good problem solver Able to liaise with architects and engineers
