Conveyancing Lawyer
Venn Group are partnered with an established and forward-thinking firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their respected team.

As an experienced Conveyancer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters Acting on matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and transfers of equity Oversee administrators with ad hoc advice Requirements:
Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or Fee Earner with over 2 years’ experience Noticeable experience within a conveyancing department Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment Benefits:
