* Opening new client files including conducting conflict checks
* Preparing and sending out conveyancing documents including contracts
* Requesting title deeds and office copies
* Requesting redemption figures from lenders
* Audio typing general correspondence.
* Preparing client reports
* Processing SDLT returns
* Applying for searches
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained within the conveyancing department, have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
