The opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Senior or Principal Ecologist to join a smaller environmental consultancy to work in the South-West. You will work on multi-disciplinary projects across a range of sectors and for a wide variety of clients and can be based from Oxford. As a Senior Ecologist you will manage and lead on projects, work closely with clients across a range of projects and mentor and support junior staff. You will have demonstrable experience in survey design and delivery as well as experience of protected species mitigation and licenses (e.g. GCN, bats, dormouse, barn owl). To be considered for this role you will have: Ideally a couple of protected species licenses Member of CIEEM or working towards Report writing and technical experience Full UK Drivers License Right to live and work in the UK In return you will join a flexible organisation who are keen to find the right person to fit the right role and will also consider flexible working hours, including part-time working. You will be supported in your development and receive continuous training.
