Permanent The Role: Progressing and managing the planning process directly or via consultants Providing Town Planning advice and coordinating with the land, technical, and design teams to assist with land purchase and planning matters Delivering profitable development opportunities Overseeing and managing the project planning team Coordinating and managing external consultants Considering all planning issues in connection with the land Investigating and considering all planning matters and risks Coordinating and managing any public exhibitions/presentations Attending meetings with local authorities and representing the company at planning committees Attending site meetings Preparing project development assessments The Candidate: Member of the RTPI or degree level in T&C planning.
