Are you an experienced SHEQ professional with a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment?

We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of safety protocols and quality control processes. Description of the role:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure a safe working environment. Deliver safety training and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Create and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met. Perform quality audits on materials and finished goods, resolving any issues promptly. Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly. Lead initiatives to improve safety and quality performance, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in SHEQ processes. About you:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in safety and quality management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. NEBOSH qualified with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office.
