Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise care delivery. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar care setting. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in social care. A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
