What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and track KPIs to boost HSEQ performance
Leading Audits: Implement robust audit processes to maintain top-notch standards
Ensuring Compliance: Stay ahead of HSEQ legislation, making sure projects run smoothly and safely
Being Proactive: Monitor any changes in legislation and adapt quickly
Being the Problem-Solver: Investigate accidents, identify causes, and implement solutions
Supporting Health Initiatives: Partner with HR to champion health-related matters
Building Strong Relationships: Engage with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and more to promote a safe, collaborative working environment
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a confident individual who has excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various stakeholders to ensure safety standards are kept at a high level. You will have proven experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering industry and can demonstrate previous expertise in the HSEQ sector. You will also have:
NEBOSH certificate in construction
A full UK driver's license
CSCS card
