About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a daily rate of £85-£100. This role has become available due to our commitment to expanding our SEN support team, reflecting our growing reputation as a leader in inclusive education. As an SEN TA, you will work closely with the class teacher to support a small group of children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with ASD. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing environment, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Application Requirements:

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an educational setting. A solid understanding of SEN practices and strategies for supporting children with ASD. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs. A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEN is desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities:

Providing tailored support to students with ASD, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop key skills. Working alongside class teachers to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of individual students. Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring the progress of students against set targets. Supporting students in both classroom settings and one-on-one or small group interventions. Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
