What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Registered Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Nurse, or in a similar role. Background in managing and developing teams. In-depth knowledge of care home regulations and compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ideally have 2 years' experience as a Home Manager.
