Are you looking to join a friendly, inspiring and enthusiastic Science department in York? As one of our core subjects, quality is of utmost importance to us and we are looking for a dedicated Physics Teacher or NQT to develop highly motivated students through GCSE to A-Level.

The candidate will have teaching experience up to A-Level, whether that is in a teaching role or on placements, along with:

Strong subject knowledge in Physics Confidence in delivering the National Curriculum The ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans (with appropriate support for NQT's) Support the additional needs of some students to help them flourish both socially and academically Be able to spot areas of concern and assess these to raise attainment.
