Oxfordshire I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford. The company has been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education, up to £5m in value. The business has a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and is looking to bring in a Site Manager to join their Special Works Division as soon as possible. A lot of their projects are college and school refurbishments in occupied buildings, so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar with this.
