Network Operations Centre (NOC) Service Delivery Manager Location: Milton Keynes Reporting to: Head of Operations Job Purpose: Manage the NOC lifecycle experience for the Group. Ensure we achieve operational metrics and create successful internal Regional and external Client partnerships. To identify improvement initiatives which increase efficiency and enhance the NOC experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the NOC Technical Lead to improve the NOC interface both internally and externally with senior client stakeholders, being responsible for all operational issues relating to The NOC Operation. Develop and manage service improvement plans with all enterprise level customers across the group to resolve issues raised and exceed expectations for internal and external business. Develop new processes to align the Global NOC with the rest of Air IT regions. Translate business requirements, issues and escalations internally. Staff training and development and assessment of required operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements for operational and business efficiency. Service and agreement performance management. Maintain information security by complying with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all relevant policies. Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: Commercial experience working with and ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and commitments. ITIL certified. Knowledge of AGILE project management.
