Store Manager
Our client is seeking a new Store Manager to join their team based in Coleraine within the Hair & Beauty Sector. As a Store Manager, you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Assistants to deliver high operational standards, excellent customer service, and strong sales performance.
You will ensure the store operates smoothly and in compliance with all standards. With a commercial mindset, you will think strategically to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the district's overall growth plan.
As Store Manager, you will be offered an impressive salary of £34,000 with a bonus scheme on top.
Responsibilities as a Store Manager
Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and selling skills Build strong customer relationships that reflect company values Motivate and manage the store team to meet sales targets Identify commercial trends and suggest improvements to product offerings Spot opportunities to grow sales Recruit, develop, and grow the store team Exceed targets set Requirements as a Store Manager
