RETRO FIT SITE MANAGER

for Runnymede - to join one of the UK`s largest maintenance and service contractors - working with a well-established and highly reputable client who offers their services to hundreds of thousands of properties across the UK.

As an experienced Site Manager, you will be working on their RETRO FIT projects including Energy Services, Solar Panels, Loft insulation, roofing, flooring, and heat pumps.

As Retro Fit Site Manager, you will have strong experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, and ground pumps. It is vital you have experience supervising and running contracts on site to ensure work is completed on time, to the required quality, and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for planning, setting up, and visiting sites to check production and controls, as well as ensuring production targets are achieved. Knowledge of industry H&S is essential. Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities as Retro Fit Site Manager:

Manage all subcontractors, supervisors, and engineers on site. Report to Projects Manager and Branch Manager. Supervise all labourers and visitors on site. Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractors on site. Ensure the package is on time against the programme. Ensure the site team adheres to H&S compliance. Ensure the site team maintains high quality of work to meet the clients' demands. Ensure the safety of all site personnel. Monitor productivity of site staff to ensure standards, including budget and time frame.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

SMSTS. Must have experience of PAS 2020, PAS 2030. Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit or similar. Holds valid CSCS card. Valid First Aid certificate. GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects including Maths and English or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent. Full UK driving licence.
