We are recruiting an experienced
Team Leader
to join the Benugo team at the
prestigious PwC offices in Embankment
. This is a Monday to Friday operation with shifts ranging from 6.30am to 5.30pm. Rate: £13.75 per hour Contract: Full Time/ Permanent About the role: Preparing and serving coffee, tea and other hot drinks maintaining the Benugo standards Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence Assist the site manager with closing the week procedures Demonstrate commitment to the Benugo customer service excellence Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard Ensuring that food and health and safety standards are always followed Additional Information
