Head of Field Sales , you will lead the field sales team of Business Development Representatives, Business Development Managers and Management team, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for SafeContractor. If you're someone who has proven experience of leading high performing enterprise sales teams, you have a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset - then we want to hear from you!

What that means day to day

Joining Alcumus as Head of Field Sales with experience from a relevant industry, you'll build knowledge to understand our core products as well as building a solid understanding SSIP. You'll lead a team of sales professionals who sell our SafeContractor product to Enterprise clients, primarily through online demos. You'll foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, ensuring the team meet and exceed individual and team quotas. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive a high performance sales culture within the Field Sales (Enterprise sales) teams. Implement best practices in lead generation, qualification and deal closure. Improving conversion and deal conversion alongside customer satisfaction. Track targets, build forecasts and work on hiring quotas. Stay current with industry and market trends, emerging technologies and market dynamics, including competitor and price benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making. Support the team with preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.

What you’ll need to be successful

You'll have experience of working in a relevant industry such as

Health & Safety, Compliance, Construction, Supply Chain or Sustainability , and will have an existing toolbox in place in order to lead, mentor and inspire a team of enterprise sales professionals and subject matter experts! Sales Methodology -

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement and effective sales strategies. Team building -

Strong team building skills and an ability to coach, mentor and support a team to deliver. Communication -

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with other sales and cross-functional teams. Data Driven -

You'll identify key metrics to track performance and trends, and use this insight to drive data driven actions and improvements.
