Be a strong advocate for the AWS & Elastic relationship, both internally and externally. Work closely with the sales leadership team to support and drive co-sell engagement. Work across the partner team to drive in-country activities. In cooperation with AWS build, execute and monitor QBR’s. Identify and resolve enablement gaps across the field organization. Use your experience, creativity and ambition to rapidly scale. What You Bring Along:
You will have a deep understanding of the AWS processes, programs and know what success looks like. Know how to get multiple people from multiple teams on board to support your projects. Think outside-in, how to integrate the Elastic GTM into the AWS GTM. Have experience across sales, marketing and channel preferably with management experience. Know what it takes to work with internal and external executives. Are data driven in understanding the state of the business and support decision making.
