Description
One of the C10 Labs Portfolio companies is looking for a Go To Market Lead to join their founding team. This person will come from a SaaS sales background and have experience helping organizations grow and scale from the ground up. You will work with executives at leading enterprise companies across the US to sell and implement the product and collect feedback. As the founding member of this team this person will have a ton of autonomy to build out process and help us build a successful team. What you will do: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the leadership team on growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers.
Who you are: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Experience building relationships and working with with senior executives
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
