Planner
to join our friendly team, working on our Water contract, from our offices in Lea Bridge Road, London. Summary of Role: You will monitor the works management system, prioritising requests and collate updates from the reinstatement teams, ensuring that all work is completed within our clients' service level agreements (SLA). Tasks: Effectively plan the reinstatement of excavations that have been dug in accordance with the current notice duration as well as other activities serviced by the operational teams; Plan resources using relevant systems; Manage reactive planning of emergency work; Liaise with the contract management team and operatives to ensure we meet our client SLA’s; Ensure that reinstatement teams have the relevant system information required to complete all activities; Work under pressure and remain calm; Ideally, have experience in a similar role, working within the utility industry; Experience of working to NRSWA standards; Strong communication skills, verbal and written; Time management and planning; Organisational skills; Methodological approach; High attention to detail. Qualifications/Experience: Understanding planning principles; Experience of working in the utilities sector is preferred. Working hours: Mon – Fri from 7am to 4pm Job Type:
