Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects from strategy and concept through to site, whilst adhering to design briefs and programmes.
Undertake project and user research, including data collection and analysis.
Develop wayfinding strategies, designs, schedules and guidelines for complex buildings and external environments.
Collaborate with other design disciplines to coordinate and deliver successful designs.
Assist with artwork production and quality assurance.
Plan and prepare presentations and design reports to a high standard.
Deliver client and stakeholder presentations/workshops with support from the senior team.
Act as project lead (for those with relevant experience), managing client relationships, budgets, programmes, resources and delivery teams.
Assist with new business opportunities, including tenders, pitches and competitions.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and develop technical and professional development skills.
Skills and Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Planning or related field.
2+ years' industry experience in wayfinding strategy and design, including a high-quality portfolio of work.
Experience multi-tasking and working across concurrent projects, with partners such as Architects, Engineers, Landscape and Urban Planners.
Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a user-centric focus.
Strong written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organised, with proven time management skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
An interest in sustainable cities and public transport systems would be highly advantageous.
