Wahed is seeking an experienced Country Head to lead the growth of our operations in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to increase our market share, expand our customer base, and grow our product offerings in the region. Additionally, this role requires a strong focus on project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and industry experts. Oversee the launch of new products and features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Manage a team of professionals across multiple departments, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve business goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
