Encouraged to build a larger team once established and with a strong understanding of the business. Developing an already successful Permanent desk currently producing billings of £170k+. Hiring, mentoring, and training future Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants. Playing a key role in the senior management team and participating in monthly meetings. Building on and expanding existing client relationships, developing new business, and maintaining a strong network of clients while attracting top candidates and managing them through to placements.
