Job Description Overall Job Responsibility: Direct the activities of the recruitment teams, providing leadership and motivation necessary to implement effective sales and marketing strategies and to maximise the generation of recruitment sales/revenues. Direct team towards exceeding targets. MAIN DUTIES: Develop and maintain fruitful relationships with key Trusts. Champion the Remedium Values (both individually and ensuring the allocated team follows the values diligently). Develop and manage the departmental budget and monitor sales activities/performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan; accurately report variances/projections. Analyse current/potential market and sales trends and coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue and market share through added business volume and rate. Develop tactical sales and marketing plans to support overall sales plans/strategies and programs. Document all sales activities via the Company's ATS, in a timely and accurate manner for monthly analysis. Assist MD in the development of the business plan to include input on sales goals and plans that support the overall business and sales strategies of the company. Manage and maintain the team's activities in line with the current business plan. Develop the revenue portion of the budget. Actively support company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to the team. Respond in a timely manner to issues and concerns raised by the Trusts with a friendly and professional approach and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Ensure operational procedures are in place and being followed by all team members within Remedium Partners. Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers and competitors. Execute and support the operational aspects of the business (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts, Trust Correspondents, etc.) Complete all weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on accounts, individual, segment and tier production. In conjunction with HR, recruit, train, and offer career development for all members of the sales team. Complete the Company's personal development review as required - both personally and with each team member. Present monthly status reports to the Board. Provide support and coaching for team members to drive excellent levels of performance and ensure they reach their objectives and revenue targets. Guide all sales team members in exercising good judgement and assist them to make profitable business decisions. Liaise with HR to appropriately manage under-performance and create personal improvement plans as necessary. Ensure all office health & safety policies are followed and breaches reported immediately. Ensure Sales Team follows all HR policies. Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. Qualifications Evidence of a solid sales or recruitment track record. Strong communication and people skills. Demonstrable ability of gaining client confidence. Persuasive, persistent, and patient. Flexible, resilient and adaptable. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. Experience of managing teams. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level. Active listener. Emotionally intelligent. Able to challenge and inspire growth.
