Providing leadership to a team of senior and junior staff members; Networking and building strong relationships with clients over a wide range of legal practice; Developing and implementing marketing plans for Chambers, including tenders; Working with individual barristers and departments to support and develop practices; Reporting to the Head of Chambers and management committee. The successful candidate would be expected to work independently and demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm for the benefit of the whole of chambers, through extended hours when required.
