Replay Theatre Company in Belfast is recruiting a Company Stage Manager for its 2025 season. The role involves managing rehearsals, coordinating actors, technicians, and props, and ensuring the smooth operation of productions, both in-situ and on tour. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and artistic elements, including set construction, costume fittings, and liaising with the director. A minimum of three years’ professional experience in stage management is required, along with knowledge of production techniques, budget management, and production software. A full driver’s licence is also necessary. Knowledge of touring and sustainability in theatre is desirable. Applications must be submitted by 5pm on 25 November 2024. Interviews will take place in early December 2024.
