Replay Theatre Company in Belfast is recruiting a Company Stage Manager for its 2025 season. The role involves managing rehearsals, coordinating actors, technicians, and props, and ensuring the smooth operation of productions, both in-situ and on tour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and artistic elements, including set construction, costume fittings, and liaising with the director. A minimum of three years’ professional experience in stage management is required, along with knowledge of production techniques, budget management, and production software. A full driver’s licence is also necessary. Knowledge of touring and sustainability in theatre is desirable.
