Our client is a global professional services firm. They are seeking a Director to spearhead their ESG due diligence offering. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in ESG matters and excels in due diligence skills, assisting the firm’s clients in making well-informed investment decisions as they navigate transactions such as acquisitions and IPOs.
Seeking an individual who possesses:
Comprehensive knowledge of Transaction Services and due diligence assignments.
Familiarity of non-financial reporting frameworks (such as ISSB/TCFD, GRI, CDP) and relevant legislation (such as CSRD).
Preferably have knowledge of the SASB framework for pinpointing material ESG risks related to a company’s business based on its industry/business model.
The capability to articulate the advantages of incorporating ESG into a company's strategy for diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in project and people management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
