A degree in Music Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Extensive experience as a music teacher, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding music education. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent knowledge of music theory, history, and practical skills. Ability to plan and deliver dynamic and engaging music lessons. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
