Full Time/Permanent About The Company: Our client is a fast-growing organisation with over 100 years of British manufacturing experience. They produce a range of bespoke and off-the-shelf products that are high value, low volume capital equipment. With ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to double the size of the business to reach a £60M t/o within the next three years. As such, they are looking to bring on board an Interim Transformation Director who can ensure that the processes and systems behind all aspects and functions of the organisation can facilitate their current and future business needs. Interim Transformation Director – The Role:
This role is key for the future success of the organisation and will involve taking a deep dive into the business. It will look at all aspects of the business from manufacturing, sales, finance, and HR in order to identify and provide solutions to make the business more efficient. You will be able to drive change from day 1 and provide recommendations to all senior stakeholders within the organisation. Interim Transformation Director – Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a deep dive into the business, reviewing their current business operations and drive improvements and growth across all functions. Help define the organisations operations strategy, and provide recommendations on wider business strategy to support growth activity. Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency across the business e.g. time to manufacture, sales cycle length. Interim Transformation Director – You:
You will have experience working within an engineering or manufacturing organisation. Strong track record of driving change within an organisation and providing short-term and long-term recommendations. Min. 10 + years in a leadership position.
