Independently managing a case load independently to include but not limited to: Theft Assault Drug offenses Other Criminal offenses
What will be expected from you?
Undertake research, analysing case laws, and preparing arguments to support clients cases Strong advocacy and negotiation skills To provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the criminal justice process Representing clients in Magistrates’ Court proceedings Effectively prepare and present cases in court to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals involved in cases. Maintain accurate and updated case records and documentation
