As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Site Manager to join our dynamic team and grow with us over time.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage various electrical tasks in warehouse and commercial installation projects. This role involves significant travel and stayaways, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across commercial and warehouse environments. Oversee both 1st fix tasks (cabling, wiring, and infrastructure setup) and 2nd fix tasks (installing fixtures, fittings, and final connections), ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently. Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays. Manage and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and team development. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and project progress. Travel to various job sites as required, including overnight stays.

Requirements:

Qualified Electrician (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. Proven experience in managing and overseeing commercial electrical work, particularly in warehouse settings. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial electrical role. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring installations, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Valid ECS or CSCS card. Full UK driving license. Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.

Desirable:

Experience with large-scale commercial installations. Additional certifications (e.g., IPAF, PASMA, PAT testing). Knowledge of smart building technologies and energy-efficient systems.
