Designing and Validating Strategic Value Propositions Lead the development and validation of value propositions that align with client goals and market opportunities for both new and existing products and services. Bring a strategic mindset to the design process, leveraging diverse frameworks to address business challenges and capture emerging opportunities. Leading Cross-functional Strategic Initiatives Work with cross-functional teams to guide the development and prioritisation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and user experience perspectives. From concept to delivery, your leadership will help ensure solutions not only delight users but also meet long-term business objectives. Shaping Market Entry and Growth Strategies Guide clients through the development of effective go-to-market and growth strategies, positioning new solutions for maximum impact. Drive strategic discussions to ensure clients are prepared to engage markets competitively and scale effectively. Assessing Organisational Transformation Needs Evaluate an organisation's readiness for change, providing actionable insights on organisational structures, processes, and team capabilities. Develop strategic roadmaps that help clients manage their transformation journeys while minimising risk and ensuring alignment with business goals. Building Strategic Business Cases Develop clear, compelling business cases to support proposed initiatives. Use storytelling, strategic insight, and data-driven analysis to articulate value, ensuring alignment with both client aspirations and market realities. Empowering Teams and Enabling Change Equip clients and internal teams with the right strategic frameworks, tools, and guidance to build their capabilities and maximise impact. You understand how to balance user needs, market trends, and organisational priorities to develop holistic strategies that work. Strategic Leadership and Collaborative Influence Proven ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams towards impactful outcomes, blending Agile, Lean, and strategic management principles to drive high-value results. You’re skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex strategic decision-making processes. Stakeholder Management and Executive Engagement Adept at managing and influencing senior stakeholders, you bring clarity and insight to complex challenges. Competitive salary benchmarked externally and internally for salary fairness:

our Lead level banding is £75,000-£100,000 (depending on experience) Company pension contribution of 6% Private health insurance with WPA 25 days of holidays + plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday too.
