Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial goals are met. Conduct regular reviews and updates of client portfolios, adjusting strategies as needed to align with changing market conditions and client objectives. Provide timely and accurate reporting on portfolio performance, fees, and investment strategy changes. Collaborate with investment managers and advisors to design and implement personalized investment strategies. Monitor portfolio allocations and investment performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize returns. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all portfolio management activities. Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their managed accounts. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on their portfolio performance and strategic recommendations. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding and account maintenance processes. Business Development:
Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand the scope of managed account services. Support the development of marketing strategies and materials to promote managed accounts services. Participate in client prospecting efforts and contribute to business growth initiatives. Skills: Client-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. The ability to close deals over the phone. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
