Extensive geotechnical design experience, preferably within a consulting environment. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience guiding junior engineers. A proven track record of managing geotechnical aspects of large infrastructure and environmental projects. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in industry-standard geotechnical design software and tools.
