The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This role will focus on using inbound and outbound marketing strategies, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Reporting to the Demand Gen Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver successful campaigns that align with company goals. Responsibilities Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid search, social media, and content syndication. Lead Generation and Nurturing : Create strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the marketing funnel using Pardot. Paid Media Management : Oversee paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand awareness and lead acquisition. Monitor budgets and adjust campaigns to optimise for ROI. SEO and Website Optimisation : Continuously optimise website landing pages, blogs, and resources to increase organic lead generation and maximise SEO performance. Content and Messaging Alignment : Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling messaging and assets that resonate with target audiences. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Work with sales and marketing to develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value accounts, utilising personalised content and outreach efforts. Event Marketing Support : Assist in the promotion and execution of webinars, conferences, and other events to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. Collaboration with Sales : Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead handoffs are seamless and follow-up strategies are in place. Align demand generation efforts with sales goals and objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting : Track and report on key performance metrics for managed campaigns and channels such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution and ROI. Use insights to inform future campaigns and optimise performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments. Strong understanding of demand generation strategies, lead nurturing, and the marketing funnel. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, using data to drive decision-making. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and content teams. Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
