I am looking for a Site Manager with good fit- out experience, to deliver engineering technical excellence for project in Belfast
Role
You will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a fit- out aspect. This role would suit a site manager.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure the civil engineering element of the works goes according with works plans.
Organise resources of people and materials to ensure delivery of works.
Work in a team towards project delivery
Work with roads, utilities and other services
Essential requirements:
Site management background
Fit- out experience
Will need to have current site management qualification
Desirable:
Ideally having worked for over 5 years on commercial fit- out
